HISTORY OF THE SCHOOL

1925 Eishin Gakuen (Elementary school) was established where is currently known as Nishi-Tokyo City.
1985 The Eishin Gakuen corporate headquarter was moved to Iruma City in Saitama Prefecture and Higashino High School was opened.The school building and lay-out design was planned by Professor Christopher Alexander.
2005 The20th anniversary ceremony of the school's opening was held.
2007 The school uniforms for students were introduced. Comprehensive courses for university exam/entrance were coordinated and inaugurated.
2011 The construction of an artificial turf field was completed, and the entirety of the central courtyard was paved in order to provide safe and comfortable accessibility.
2013 Completion of a new building "Study House 21" which is equipped with digital study rooms.
2014 The beginning of school overseas excursion. The first destination was Southeast Asia.
2015 The ceremony for the 90th anniversary of the founding of Eishin Gakuen and for the 30th anniversary of the opening of Higashino High School was held.
A commemoration ceremony was conducted along with the publication of a magazine.
2016 The overseas excursion’s destination was changed from Southeast Asia to Canada.
2019 The class names will be changed, as follows; International “I” Class, Super “S” Class and Advanced “A” Class
2020 School bus service begins arriving at Haijima Station.
2021 School LAN equipped./ Saturday timetable revised .("Higashino SDGs" activities started)
2023 Multipurpose hall FVB (Future View Base) development.
2025 100th anniversary of the founding of Eishingakuen School, 40th anniversary of the opening of Higashino High School.
